i don't have a " by " on this one.

the magazine gets most of it's recipes from the web but it doesn't reference

them when they come from the food manufacturers. i didn't find this at the pasta

assn site.

Penne with Blue Cheese and Tomatoes

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 pound penne pasta

6 tomatoes -- chopped

8 ounces gorgonzola cheese

1 large garlic clove -- minced

1/4 cup olive oil

pepper -- to taste

chopped fresh basil -- to garnish

 

Prepare pasta.

 

Meanwhile, place the other ingredients in a bowl and gently toss.

 

Add drained pasta to the bowl and toss. Serve hot, cold or room temperature.
