Fruit/Veggie Juices with a juicer

Hi Everyone again,

I just got a juicer and I was wondering what juices would be good to make

for:

Energy

Strength

Boosting immune system

Anti-oxidants

So on...(Any recipes you got!-I borrowed the juicer from my dad and he

doesn't have the book that came with it)

I could get a lot of my daily nutritional requirements from the juice right?

Hi Ericka.

 

I have a juicer, and I've also been thinking lately it would be great to

blend up some drinks. Here are some I found on the internet and formatted

in MasterCook. If you find anymore, please post them!

 

Several of these recipes were posted on this list earlier in the summer by

another user. I found that out after I had formatted them by doing a search

at Veg-Recipes. Maybe I should look there

first next time. :)

Fruit/Veggie Juices with a juicer

 

Hi Everyone again,

I just got a juicer and I was wondering what juices would be good to make

for:

Energy

Strength

Boosting immune system

Anti-oxidants

So on...(Any recipes you got!-I borrowed the juicer from my dad and he

doesn't have the book that came with it)

I could get a lot of my daily nutritional requirements from the juice right?
