David's Black Bean Sauce

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

3 tablespoons fermented Black beans (available in Asian markets)

1 tablespoon ginger

1 tablespoon garlic

1/4 cup soy sauce

1/2 cup white wine

1 tablespoon sesame oil

2 tablespoons chili oil

 

Puree the black beans, ginger and garlic in a blender or food processor. Add

other ingredients and puree until smooth. Set aside.
