1 cup packed parsley

1 to 2 teaspoons grated lemon peel

4 large garlic cloves

 

Process parsley, lemon rind, and garlic in food processor until finely minced,

using pulse technique. Refrigerate until serving time. Stir into sauces and

soups as desired.

 

Description:

" Gremolata is a pungent mixture of finely chopped parsley, lemon rind,

and garlic that can be added to soups or pasta as a flavor accent. "
