In a small saucepan, heat the soy milk over a medium flame, just until it starts to boil. Remove from the heat and pour directly over the chocolate chips; with a wire whip, mix quickly until smooth. Immediately pour over the cake until it is covered. Let cool and serve. This recipe can be made ahead and refrigerated or frozen. Description: " Soy milk instead of heavy cream makes this velvety ganache as smooth as silk. Use a glass bowl for best results.
