Guest guest
I am really surprised that these are causing anyone difficulty. They are something that since I first used them, about two months ago, I keep in my fridge at all times because of the convenience. I don't know if this will help, but I only use a little over a teaspoon of filling, I wet the edges with a little water, using my finger and then fold it into a triangle and seal. I also only cook them for a couple minutes since they don't need much. Sometimes I sauté them until they are golden and then add some liquid to the pan, cover and steam them for about 2-3 minutes. You really shouldn't cook them for too long. Anyway, that is all I do and mine always seal and don't leak.
