Guest guest
In the recipe for the " New York " Cheesecake, it mentions that a serving has no carbohydrates. I don't understand this because it has a graham cracker crust and I know that 2 graham crackers (the whole sheets), has 23 g of carbo, according to my graham cracker box. So how could the author justify saying that there were no carbos in the cake? Just a question, RisaG
Guest guest
Risa: I imported the recipes and looked at them, and the reason appears to be because when Judy formatted the recipes, she did not provide nutritional links for " unknown ingredients " or embed the crust recipe. I will do this and repost them so you can see the new nutritional info. Judy is a little bit new to MasterCook, so, Judy, if you would like help with this, just let me know, and I'll be glad to " talk " you through it.
