Chocolate Soynut Butter Frosting

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1 cup powdered sugar

1/2 cup whole soy milk

1 tablespoon soynut butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

 

In a food processor or electric mixer, combine all the ingredients and beat

until smooth. Frost the cake immediately, or store the mix in the refrigerator

for 1 week.
