Tofu Chocolate Mocha Drizzle

2 tablespoons regular tofu

1 tablespoon powdered sugar

1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

1 tablespoon cold coffee

1 tablespoon soy milk

 

In an electric mixer, combine the tofu, powdered sugar, and cocoa and beat until

smooth. Add the coffee and soy milk, and continue just to beat, maintaining a

thick consistency.

 

Using a teaspoon, drizzle the chocolate mocha mixture evenly across the top of

the bundt cake.

 

Description:
