Guest guest Posted January 23, 2001 Report Share Posted January 23, 2001 Recipes for Tofu Chocolate Mocha and Vanilla Drizzles will follow- * Exported from MasterCook * Fudgy Chocolate Soy Bundt Cake w/ Tofu Chocolate Mocha and Vanilla Drizzles Recipe By :Soy Desserts - Patricia Greenberg Serving Size : 10 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 cup whole wheat pastry flour 1/2 cup soy flour 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon salt 6 ounces semisweet soy chocolate chips 2 whole eggs 1 cup sugar or light granulated cane juice 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup brewed coffee -- cold 1/4 cup Tofu Chocolate Mocha Drizzle 1/4 cup Tofu Vanilla Drizzle Preheat the oven to 325F and lightly grease a 6-cup, nonstick bundt pan. In a mixing bowl, combine the flours, baking soda, and salt. Set aside. Over medium heat in a small saucepan, melt the chocolate chips, stirring continuously with a whisk until the chocolate reaches a thick batterlike consistency. Remove from the heat and set aside. Cream the eggs and sugar, and scrape in the melted chocolate. Add the vanilla, and mix until smooth. Scrape down the sides of the bowl, and add the coffee. Add the chocolate mixture to the flour mixture. Whisk until combined. Pour into the prepared pan, and bake for 1 hour, or until a cake tester comes out clean. Cool for 20 minutes and invert on a platter. Let cool completely before decorating with the drizzles or the frosting of your choice. After frosting, this cake will keep, wrapped, in the refrigerator for 4 days. Description: " Bundt cake covered in Tofu Chocolate Mocha and Vanilla Drizzles.
