Hot, spicy, and a little sweet. The molasses makes a rich caramel glaze, especially on tempeh. Combine the ingredients, then brush over sliced, drained tofu or steamed tempeh. Both can be sauteed, broiled, or baked, and the marinade used as a sauce. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
