Then you'd probably love my favorite Husband's-not-home dish:

 

make pasta, any pasta.

Take spaghetti sauce (I always choose the fattest-free I can find)

Throw in a bunch of capers (Trader Joe's, $2.79 for a big jar!) and pit and

slice black olives of any sort into it.

Throw it over the pasta and suck it up!! I LOVE it! The olive tang with the

sweetness of the tomatoes and bite of the capers? Heaven.

 

Try the olives with some crusty bread and pureed sun dried tomatoes. <eyes

rolling> Heaven!

 

I know what's up for dinner tomorrow...
