Lee Evans & Chris Rankin Serving Size : 8 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 16 ounces soft tofu -- crumbled 3 ripe bananas 1/2 cup honey 1/2 cup butter or margarine -- melted 1 tablespoon vanilla extract 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 9-inch graham cracker crumb pie crust banana slices for garnish Serves 8 to 10 In a blender, combine all the ingredients, and mix until smooth. Pour the mixture into a pie crust, and refrigerate at least 3 hours. Serve chilled, garnished with fresh banana slices. Description: " Nothing could be easier!
