Lee Evans & Chris Rankin Serving Size : 0 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 12 ounces soft tofu 3/4 cup peanut butter 1/2 cup honey 4 tablespoons maple syrup 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/4 cup vegetable oil dash salt 1 9-inch graham cracker crumb pie crust In a blender, combine all of the ingredients, and mix until smooth. Pour the mixture into the pie crust. Decorate with chocolate shavings. Freeze for several hours. Let thaw 10 minutes prior to serving.
