Lee Evans & Chris Rankin Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 12 ounces soft tofu 6 ounces cream cheese 1/4 cup milk 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1/4 cup honey 6 teaspoons brown sugar In a blender, combine all the ingredients, except the brown sugar, and mix until completely smooth. Pour the mixture into six custard dishes or small oven-safe bowls, and bake at 350F for 15 minutes or until firm. Remove from the oven and dust each custard with 1 teaspoon of brown sugar. Return to the oven, and continue baking for 5 more minutes, or until the tops have browned. Allow to cool to room temperature before refrigerating for at least 1 hour. Description: " If you've never experienced the pleasure of this traditional Spanish dessert--and even if you have--this is an absolute must-try recipe. We've substituted tofu for the eggs.
