Lee Evans & Chris Rankin Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 18 ounces soft tofu 1 1/4 cups sugar 1/3 cup cocoa 1/4 cup vegetable oil 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1/4 teaspoon salt In a blender, combine the ingredients, and mix until smooth. Pour into individual serving dishes. Chill in the refrigerator until set, and serve. Tip: For a frozen dessert, simply place the chocolate pudding in the freezer.
