Lee Evans & Chris Rankin Serving Size : 3 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 12 ounces silken tofu 2 ripe bananas 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1/4 cup vegetable oil 1/2 cup sugar 1/4 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 2 tablespoons milk In a blender, combine all of the ingredients, and mix until creamy. Pour the mixture into individual serving dishes. Chill in the refrigerator until set, and serve.
