Lee Evans & Chris Rankin Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 18 ounces soft tofu 1/4 cup vegetable oil 1 cup sugar OR 7/8 cup honey 1 tablespoon vanilla extract pinch salt In a blender, combine all of the ingredients, and mix until smooth. Pour into individual pudding cups. Chill in the refrigerator until set, and serve. Description: " Surprised to discover that this nostalgic favorite is dairy-free?
