Lee Evans & Chris Rankin Serving Size : 0 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 12 ounces soft tofu -- drained 1 teaspoon garlic -- minced 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese -- grated 1/4 cup Romano cheese -- grated 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil 1 tablespoon dried parsley 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon onion powder In a blender, combine all the ingredients, and mix until creamy. Transfer the sauce to a saucepan, and cook over medium heat, stirring frequently. Serve hot. Description: " We've substituted tofu for the usual heavy cream. Spoon it over fettucine. Use it for a white pizza sauce. Try dipping hot garlic bread sticks into it for a tasty appetizer.
