German Pumpernickel rye bread slices (

dark brown in color )

Chives

Butter

 

 

Spread the bread with butter and cut slices into quarters. Chop the

chives and place in a shallow bowl. Dip the bread into the chives (

butter side down ) and press chives on to the bread.
