Lee Evans & Chris Rankin Serving Size : 0 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 4 ounces silken tofu 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar 1/3 cup honey 1/4 cup vegetable oil 2 tablespoons onion -- finely diced 2 tablespoons poppy seeds 1 1/2 teaspoons mustard powder 1 teaspoon salt In a blender, combine all the ingredients, and blend until smooth. Refrigerate prior to serving. Description: " Toss this sweet-and-sour poppy seed dressing over a big bowl full of fresh melon, bananas, orange segments, and grapes.
