Hope it works.... * Exported from MasterCook Mac * Cilantro Dressing Recipe By : Ricki King, C.N.C. (Break-n-Bread) Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Salad Dressings Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil 1 tablespoon raw apple cider vinegar or fresh lemon juice 1 clove garlic -- minced 6 halves walnuts 1 1/2 cups cilantro leaves, whole -- loosely packed 1/2 teaspoon cumin 1 teaspoon chipotle pepper-puree 3/4 teaspoon salt Put all ingredients into blender and blend. Store for a week or a little longer in fridge - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Per serving (excluding unknown items): 5520 Calories; 533g Fat (81% calories from fat); 184g Protein; 93g Carbohydrate; 0mg Cholesterol; 1617mg Sodium Food Exchanges: 6 Starch/Bread; 23 Lean Meat; 93 1/2 Fat NOTES : May use more cilantro if desired chipotle puree- buy the chipotle peppers in the can and put in blender and puree.
