Guest guest Posted January 15, 2001 Report Share Posted January 15, 2001 Karen, I realize that the amount of oil in the recipe sounds like alot, but with a recipe like this where the oil and garlic ARE the sauce, it isn't really that much. It is also olive oil, which is one of the healthier oils. I might cut it a bit but not that much. Otherwise the pasta will be fairly dry.
