It's available in most HFS and in some grocery stores. Ellen * Exported from MasterCook Mac * Chickpea Spread #3 Recipe By : Edward & Sons Organic Country Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 cups cooked chickpeas 2 tablespoons Premier Japan Garlic Tamari Sauce 2 tablespoons water 1 teaspoon onion powder 1 teaspoon paprika 1/2 Organic country Vegetable Harvest cube -- dissolved in 1 cup boiling water Preheat oven to 350F. Spread chickpeas out thinly on a baking sheet and sprinkle all ingredients except the vegetable stock over all chickpeas. Bake until chickpeas are brown and slightly crispy. Put into food processor and mix slowly, adding the vegetable stock thru the funnel. You will end up with a butter-like consistency. Let cook and serve.
