-------- ------------ --------------------------------

1 tablespoon unsalted butter

1 tablespoon oil

2 tablespoons flour

1/2 cup nonfat milk -- warmed

1/3 cup sugar

1/3 cup Grand Marnier liqueur

3 whole eggs

5 egg whites

1/4 cup grated fresh orange peel

Serves 6.

Heat butter and oil in a 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high

fold into sauce. Pour into oiled 1-quart souffle dish with 2-inch paper

collar attached to outside rim.
