Lee Evans & Chris Rankin - Giant Book of TOFU Cooking Serving Size : 0 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil 1 tablespoon onion -- grated 1 garlic clove -- minced 2 teaspoons chili powder 1 cup unsweetened peanut butter soy sauce, to taste 1 tablespoon brown rice syrup juice of 1 lemon water Bring the ingredients to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes. Place the tofu pieces in a shallow dish and spoon the hot marinade over them, covering them completely. Allow the tofu to marinate at least 1 hour.
