Hot Chocolate

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

3 cups milk*

2 tablespoons ground almonds

1 stick cinnamon

1/2 cup dark chocolate -- grated

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

 

In a saucepan, heat the milk with the almond and cinnamon stick over low heat.

Keep hot for 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to infuse.

 

Strain onto the chocolate in a warm jug and whisk until the chocolate has melted

into the milk.

 

Pour into individual mugs and serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
