Cafe De Olla

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

2 cups water

2 cinnamon sticks

1 clove -- (to 2 cloves)

4 tablespoons freshly ground coffee -- superfine grind

3 tablespoons brown sugar -- to 6 tbsp

---to taste -- with 6 it is almost

syrupy

 

Combine everything in a coffee pot or saucepan. Heat until just simmering,

stirring occasionally. Keep warm. Strain and serve.
