Lee Evans & Chris Rankin - Giant Book of TOFU Cooking Serving Size : 0 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 8 ounces soft tofu 1/4 cup vegetable oil 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1 1/2 teaspoons honey or sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt In a blender, combine all the iingredients, and blend until creamy. Store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
