This month's (January 2001) issue of Vegetarian Times has a very handy article entitled " Diet Right! " . It reviews four different diet programs (Ornish Life Choice Program, The Soy Zone, The McDougall Program, and Bill Phillips' " Body for Life " , the last one not originally vegetarian but adapted). In addition, the article gives 5 days of menus for each plan and several recipes for each plan. It looks like a very interesting article, and I thought this would interest some of you.
