Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 teaspoons Kitchen Bouquet

2 tablespoons nutritional yeast

1/2 cup chopped onion

1/4 teaspoon rubbed sage

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1/2 teaspoon oregano

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 1/4 teaspoons liquid smoke flavoring

1 teaspoon corn oil

2 cups water

1 teaspoon sea salt

2 cups raw gluten

 

Combine everything except raw gluten and simmer for 5 minutes. Cook raw gluten

in broth according to recipe instructions for Basic Gluten.
