Lee Evans & Chris Rankin - Giant Book of TOFU Cooking Serving Size : 0 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 ounces soft tofu -- drained and mashed 2 tablespoons brown sugar 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 cup crunchy peanut butter 4 garlic cloves -- minced 2 fresh red chili peppers -- sliced 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 cups water In a blender, mix the tofu, soy sauce, garlic, peppers, lemon juice, and salt until smooth. Transfer the mixture to a large mixing bowl, and alternately add the water and peanut butter. Stir thoroughly. In a saucepan, warm over medium heat and serve. Description: " If you've never experienced the pleasure of this sweet and spicy sauce, here's your chance. Slather it on sauteed tofu, toss it with Asian noodles...you'll find you simply can't have enough!
