Guest guest
Hello, Poultry seasoning is a spice mix. The type I have came from Penzeys (http://www.penzeys.com). Theirs is a blend of sage, white pepper, red and green bell peppers, lemon peel, savory, rosemary, dill, allspice, thyme, marjoram and ginger. I know that other types contain other things, but this is what I have on hand. Usually, it is rubbed on poultry and in stuffing. Hope this helps. I have never heard of it in Australia but if I get some idea of what's in it maybe we have a different name for it. Thanks a lot Persian
