Combine broth, beans, onion, carrots, celery, tomatoes with juice, potatoes, parsley, dill, oregano, and black pepper in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover, and simmer, stirring frequently, for 20 minutes. 2. Add zucchini, cover, and simmer until vegetables are just tender, about 10 minutes.
