Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1/2 cup chopped onion

4 1/2 teaspoons MSG

1 teaspoon sea salt

1 teaspoon poultry seasoning

1/3 cup nutritional yeast

1/2 teaspoon Sucanat

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon fennel seed

1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper

1/4 teaspoon paprika

1/8 teaspoon celery salt

1/8 teaspoon dried crushed sage leaves

1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce

1 teaspoon Lea and Perrins Steak Sauce

1 teaspoon corn oil

2 cups water

2 cups raw gluten

 

Combine everything except raw gluten and simmer 5 minutes. Cook raw gluten in

broth according to recipe instructions for Basic Gluten.

Is it a spice/powder/liquid what??

 

I have never heard of it in Australia but if I get some idea of what's

in it maybe we have a different name for it.
