Parsley, Buttermilk, and Parmesan Salad Dressing

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

5 cloves garlic

1 cup buttermilk

1 packed cup fresh parsley sprigs

1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese

 

Place all ingredients except Parmesan in blender. Cover and run for 1

minute, until smooth. Add Parmesan and run for 30 seconds more. Makes 1-1/3

cups
