Heavenly Broth

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

4 Cups Potatoes -- about 3

2 Cups Carrots -- about 4

2 Cups Cauliflower

2 Cups Summer Squash

2 Cups Cabbage

2 Cups Green Beans

2 Cups Celery

3 Cups Onions -- about 1 to 2

2 Cups Bell Peppers -- about 2

6 Cups Tomatoes -- about 5

1 Cup Parsley

1/4 Cup Jalapeno

2 Teaspoons Sea Salt

14 Cups Water

 

Do one of the following:

 

Chop all vegetables. Combine everything, bring to a boil, reduce head, and

simmer for 3 hours. Strain.

 

- OR -

 

Shred or mince all vegetables in a food processor. Combine everything, bring to

a boil, reduce head, and simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Strain

 

- OR -

 

Chop all vegetables. Combine everything and pressure-cook at 15 pounds for 35

minutes. Strain.
