Grapefruit And Avocado Wedges

2 pink grapefruits

peeled and sectioned

2 medium firm ripe avocados

curly parsley for garnish

The grapefruits may be prepared ahead of time and stored in an airtight

plastic container until needed. Just before serving, peel the avocados and

cut them in half lengthwise. Remove the pits and cut into 1/4-inch-thick

slices crosswise. Arrange on a round serving platter, alternating with the

grapefruit wedges in overlapping circular rows. Garnish with curly parsley.
