Silken Tofu Pudding

1 cup chocolate syrup

20 ounces " lite " silken tofu

(2 10-ounce packages)

1 dash nutmeg

2 medium bananas -- sliced

1 kiwifrult -- sliced, for garnish

This is not a Japanese recipe, but an easy pudding made of silken tofu

seems a light and appropriate finish to this meal.

 

Combine the chocolate syrup, silken tofu, and nutmeg in a food

processor. Process until velvety smooth. Divide half the pudding among 6

dessert cups. Top with a layer of sliced bananas followed by the remaining

pudding. Garnish each serving with a slice of kiwifruit. Chili until needed.
