NOTES : Innkeeper Carl Glassman brought back this recipe from a

Kibbutz in Israel, where he volunteered one summer. He picked apples

from the Kibbutz orchards when making these classic " Dutch babies. "

In Israeel, this was served with maple syrup to pour on top, but

most guests at the Wedgwood find the fruit and nut mixture sweet

enough.
