Guest guest Posted December 17, 2000 Report Share Posted December 17, 2000 * Exported from MasterCook * Spiced Fruit Punch Recipe By : Vegetarian Celebrations, by Nava Atlas, page 183 Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Alcohol Beverages Fruits Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 quart orange juice 1 quart pineapple juice 1 liter port or sherry 1 pint dry white wine sugar -- to taste 2 3 inch strip lemon peel 1 stick cinnamon. 2 sliced oranges Makes 22 to 24 3/4-cup servings. In a large pot, combine orange juice and pineapple juice, port or sherry , dry white wine, sugar strips lemon and cinnamon stick. Bring to a simmer and simmer gently for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from the heat and let cool to room temperature. Put sliced oranges in a punch bowl and pour the punch over them.
