Vegan Eggnog

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

-------- ------------ --------------------------------

2 packages silken tofu

SIZE OF EACH PACKAGE - 10.5 ounces

16 ounces vanilla soy milk

OR vanilla rice milk

1 tablespoon vanilla

PLUS 1 teaspoon more vanilla

1/4 cup sugar

OR Sucanat

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1/4 teaspoon turmeric

1 cup rum

OR brandy

nutmeg -- for sprinkling

 

Combine all ingredients except nutmeg in blender. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
