Heat oil in a large pan, add cumin, garlic and Chile flakes and fry gently until lightly toasted. Add mushrooms and fry quickly until softened, after 5 minutes. Stir in lemon juice, salt and pepper then reduce the heat and stir in the coconut cream. Remove from the heat and leave to cool A few minutes before serving, reheat gently, stirring until warmed through. Spoon into individual dishes and sprinkle with coriander.
