1 pound summer squash -- diced or cut

into 1/2-inch-thick batons

1 pound tube pasta -- cooked and drained

mostaccioli, penne, or macaroni

1/2 cup pesto sauce -- (to 3/4-cup)

 

Steam the squash until tender. Toss in a bowl with cooked pasta and pesto

sauce.
