This one's more 'lemony' than Robertson's - but I still prefer Robertson's.

No-Cook Hollandaise

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 cup crumbled silken tofu

2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

2 tablespoons water

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon nutritional yeast flakes

1 tablespoon tahini

1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard

1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon

 

Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor fitted with a metal

blade, and process until creamy. Chill. Stir before serving.

 

Description:

Asparagus tips, of course, but don't forget broccoli, caulflower,

carrots, and any other favorite vegetables. "
