Chill. In a large bowl, combine rice, tofu, beans, onions, bell peppers and cilantro. Shake the dressing well, pour over the rice mixture, and toss well to coat. Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste. Line a serving platter with lettuce leaves. Spoon the salad on the leaves and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
