Classic Ranch Dressing

3/4 cup crumbled silken tofu

2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon umeboshi plum vinegar

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon water

1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon

1/4 teaspoon crushed garlic

1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed

pinch dry mustard

 

Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor, and process until

smooth and creamy.

1 teaspoon dried tarragon

1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed

1/4 to 1/2 teaspoom coarsely ground pepper

1/2 teaspoon crushed garlic

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons water

 

Combine all the ingredients in a blender, and process until smooth and creamy.

 

Description:

" Pungent, peppery, creamy, and grand. Use as a coleslaw dressing,

standard salad dressing, or to top baked potatoes. "
