Maple-Poppy Seed Dressing

3/4 cup silken tofu -- crumbled

2 tablespoons canola oil

1 tablespoon poppy seeds

1 tablespoon pure maple syrup

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

pinch salt

1 tablespoon water, more or less as needed

 

Combine all the ingredients in a blender, using just enough water to achieve a

thick but pourable consistency. Process until creamy.
