Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 cup cruumbled silken tofu

2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon chopped dill pickle or drained dill pickle

relish

1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley

1 small scallion -- sliced

2 teaspoons tamari soy sauce

2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

2 teaspoons wine vinegar

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon drained capers

1 teaspoon dried tarragon

1/4 teaspoon salt

 

Combine all the ingredients in a blender, and process until creamy.

 

Description:

" A tart, sour, and savory blend that will make your burgers, loaves,

and cutlets sing! "
