Miriam * Exported from MasterCook * Marinated Cucumber Salad Recipe By :Roberta Kalechofsky & Rosa Rasiel Serving Size : 12 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 12 cucumbers -- peeled and thinly sliced 1 large onion -- thinly sliced 1 green pepper -- seeded, deribbed and thinly sliced 2 cups vinegar 1 cup sugar 1 tablespoon salt 1 1/2 teaspoons pepper 1 clove garlic (or more to taste) -- peeled and quartered Spear the garlic pieces on toothpicks. Combine all ingredients in large bowl and marinate, covered in refrigerator for 3 - 7 days. Remove garlic before serving.
